Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an Overall Change Lead within its Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice to drive enterprise-wide change strategies enabling adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities, and apply AI-powered tools to accelerate outcomes across large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading change activities within large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communications, impact assessment, and adoption planning.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that clearly communicate the people, process, and technology impacts of transformation initiatives.
• Passion for leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate deliverable development, and drive change outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall change management strategy and delivery for transformation programs.
• Design change interventions and business processes aligned with transformation objectives.
• Conduct organizational impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Analyze current operating environments to identify change opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Create and deliver communication plans that drive awareness, understanding, and engagement.
• Design and oversee training, learning, and adoption activities.
• Implement programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness throughout the transformation lifecycle.
