A leading HR services company in Singapore is seeking an HR administrator to manage employee data, assist with staff records, and ensure smooth HR operations. The role requires 1-2 years of experience and offers a contract of 2 years with possible renewal. • 2 years contract (renewable)

• Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 6pm
• Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle employee data management such as posting job advertisements to job portals.
• Responsible for the generation of employee staff cards.
• Manage the creation of employment certificates and attend to staff enquiries.
• Process re-appointment letters for staff.
• Compile and verify staff records and documents in the HR system.
• Ensure smooth running of HR operations in accordance with prescribed policies, standard operating procedures, and customer expectations.
• Accountable for meeting KPIs.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.

• 2 years contract (renewable)

Location

• Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)

Working Hours

• Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 6pm
• Up to $3300 + PB

Job Requirements
