Job summary

A Human Resource consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Administrator for a 2-year contract. The role includes managing employee data, handling on-boarding, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience, a diploma, and strong communication skills. The position offers up to $3000 monthly plus performance bonus. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle employee data management such as posting of job advertisements to portals
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
• Create, verify and maintain staff records in HR system
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
• Responsible for meeting KPIs
• Address to customer issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws

• 2 years contract

Location

• Ang Mo Kio and Kent Ridge
• Up to $3000 + PB

Working Hours

• Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6:00pm

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma and above
• Good written and communication skills
• Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
• Quick learner and a team player
• Meticulous in record keeping
• Able to work independently
• Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
• Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage
