Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division’s hiring needs
• Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
• Handle on-boarding administration, contracts / internal posting administration and off-boarding administrative matters
• Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
• Responsible for meeting KPIs
• Address customer issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws

• 2 years contract

Working hours

• Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6:00pm
