Job summary

A HR services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR/Admin professional for a permanent position. The role includes managing employee records, processing payroll, and supporting recruitment efforts. Ideal candidates should have at least a Diploma in HR/Admin and a year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software are preferred. The company offers a salary of up to $3,000 plus allowances, with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday.

• Must be comfortable in handling operations staffs and issues.
• Proficient in MS office application.
• Familiar with Info-Tech HR software will be an advantage.
• Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and multi-tasking.

• Update and maintain employee records in HR System.
• Process payroll, daily attendance & leave recording using HR Software.
• Filing of Form IR21 and Form IR8A.
• Conduct training programs/upgrading for employees.
• Handle staff welfare and recruitment.
