Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm is seeking a HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of human resource functions and coordinate talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a recognized degree in Business or HR Management and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are essential. The position offers a competitive salary up to $4500 plus AWS and VB, with working hours from Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm.

- Permanent
- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
- Near Outram Park MRT
- Up to $4500 + AWS + VB

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle the full spectrum of human resource functions.
• Liaise, co-ordinate with and provide advice and support to departments in talent acquisition, management and retention.
• Required to handle employment administration and employee relations matters for assigned professional groups and assist in policy reviews.
• To oversee the implementation and administration of staff programmes and events and participate in corporate projects as assigned.

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
• Up to $4500 + AWS + VB

Candidate Requirement:

• A recognised degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Social Sciences or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience as a HR Generalist
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking and numeracy skills with an eye for details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and emailing tools and familiar with social media platforms
• A good team player
