Job summary

PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to support frontline and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers recruitment, payroll, and employee management, with onsite work across multiple sites in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and blue-collar roles, process work passes, and assist with monthly payroll and HR administration. Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of HR generalist experience in retail or F&B.
• Hands-on mass recruitment and payroll operations experience.
• Experience in leading a small HR team is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
