About the Role:

The role supports key HR initiatives that strengthen performance, engagement, and governance across the hospital. It focuses on driving a fair performance culture, enhancing staff experience, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support the full performance management cycle, including goal‑setting, reviews, promotions, and appeal cases
  • Prepare and analyse performance data to provide insights for management decisions
  • Coordinate moderation sessions and ensure timely completion of performance submissions
  • Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency, transparency, and strong communication throughout the process
  • Administer the Employee Engagement Survey, analyse feedback, and translate findings into actionable improvement plans
  • Support the rollout of engagement initiatives and pulse surveys to build a connected and motivated workforce
  • Manage annual Conflict of Interest and Compliance Leave exercises, ensuring alignment with governance standards
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and escalate potential conflict cases where necessary
  • Contribute to HR projects and process enhancements that improve operational excellence and staff experience
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related studies
  • 4–5 years of similar working experience in HR operations, performance management, or employee engagement, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Confident communicator who can build trust and collaborate effectively across departments
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable to the fast‑paced and evolving needs of a healthcare environment
  • Passionate about fostering a fair, engaging, and high‑performing workplace culture
