Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding
• Apply, renew and cancel work permits
• Calculate employee overtime and process monthly payroll
• Manage employee personal files, leave records and overtime reports
• Arrange company events
• Arrange business trips
• Manage workplace safety
• Process employee insurance
• Liaise with training centers to register for courses and manage worker training courses
