Job summary

Yong Fong Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable HR Administrator to join our Singapore office. You will support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations to ensure smooth operations on site projects.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field and at least 1 year of experience; construction industry exposure is a plus. Good knowledge of local employment laws is essential for compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HR or related field.
• Min 1 year of related experience; construction industry a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and practices.
• Experience in recruitment processes for construction staff and workers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Admin HR functions including recruitment and selection.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, work passes.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training programs.
• Handle employee relations and orientation.
• Conduct market surveys for MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA, and related studies.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
