Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR AI Solutions Engineer to design and build AI-enabled HR applications, portals, and automated workflows on-site at One Marina Boulevard, Singapore. The role focuses on applying AI, automation, and low-code development to improve HR processes and user experience.

You will gather requirements, develop internal apps, and create dashboards while integrating data via APIs and automated workflows. A degree is required and Power Platform expertise is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder required.
• Experience with AI, automation and low-code development.
• Ability to design and build AI-enabled applications, employee portals and dashboards.
• Familiarity with low-code development tools and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation, AI and process automation.
• Design and develop internal applications, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools.
• Build solutions including claims systems, onboarding workflows, performance management systems, approval platforms and employee self-service portals.
• Develop HR AI agents to automate and streamline administrative processes.
• Build management dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Integrate applications, systems and data using APIs and automated workflows.
• Conduct testing, deployment and user training.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business use cases.
