Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Transformation & Automation Specialist to lead AI adoption across the organization by designing intelligent workflows and building AI-powered tools.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to automate processes and boost efficiency. Ideal candidates hold IT/CS/AI degrees, have 3+ years of experience with AI agents and workflow automation, and can manage projects independently while staying current with evolving AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT, CS or AI related fields.
• 3+ years experience building AI agents and workflow automations.
• Experience with AI models, APIs, workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make) and orchestration tools.
• Ability to learn new AI technologies quickly and work independently.
• Experience managing projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience implementing AI solutions across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents to automate internal business operations.
• Design AI-first workflows across departments including Accounts, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Develop internal AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
