ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Enablement Lead to accelerate AI adoption across HR, co-leading the HR AI Champions Network and partnering with HR leaders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.

The role drives AI-enabled productivity, employee experience, and business outcomes while supporting responsible AI governance and continuous improvement. The incumbent will embed Human + AI ways of working, develop adoption roadmaps, and partner with HR Communications to drive change management

Competenze

• Degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years of experience in HR technology, digital HR transformation, change management, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading AI, digital, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Good knowledge of HR modules, including SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience implementing HR technology and driving change across large organizations.

Mansioni
