Job summary

Renesas is seeking an ambitious Principal HR Technology & AI Enablement Partner to drive AI adoption, automation, and process innovation for global HR. You will champion AI, redesign HR workflows, and lead capability-building across HR, IT, and business units.

Rooted in transforming HR operations, you will implement AI governance, measure ROI, and collaborate with executives to scale high-impact AI initiatives worldwide.

Qualifications

Hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
HR process redesign, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with HR technology platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, employee services, and operational processes.
Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
Lead AI pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and scaling of successful solutions.
Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
Establish AI governance, best practices, and workforce upskilling programs.
Measure business impact through analytics, productivity metrics, and ROI tracking.
