• Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots, PoCs, and scaling of solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Establish AI governance and workforce upskilling programs.
• Measure business impact through analytics and ROI tracking.
