Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the full range of HR operations and employee relations in a dynamic Singapore-based environment.

The role requires managing recruitment, payroll, benefits, and performance processes, while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and maintaining robust HR policies and training programs. You will collaborate with management to support people initiatives and workplace excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• At least 5 years in HR generalist/operations.
• Experience across recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations.
• Experience with performance management, training and L&D.
• Proficient in developing HR policies and Employee Handbooks.
• Hands-on with HRIS platforms, ideally BIPO.
• Familiar with office admin, facilities, and workplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and employee relations.
• Manage recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce requirements.
• Oversee monthly payroll, employee benefits, and compensation administration.
• Implement and manage performance management and appraisal processes.
• Plan and coordinate employee training, development, and learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with MOM requirements and statutory regulations.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and Employee Handbook.
• Manage office administration, facilities, and workplace operations.
• Administer employee insurance and benefits programmes.
• Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and related arrangements.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, including BIPO and other HR platforms.
• Provide HR advice and support to management on employee, organisational, and people-related matters.
