Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment practices, MOM and BCA rules.
• Experience in HR and office administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Independent, hands-on, resourceful, solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, records, and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate payroll, monitor overtime and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM, and BCA requirements.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Organize staff training, performance appraisals, and development initiatives.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain filing and admin systems to support HR and office functions.
• Support HR planning and general operations alignment with business goals.
• Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate HR processes and resolve issues.
• Handle confidential information with initiative and professionalism.
