Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is hiring an Admin Officer for Group Human Resources HR Planning & Sustainability. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate HR initiatives and help drive efficiency with AI and automation tools.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office proficiency, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive, proactive attitude. You will assist with expense admin, lounge operations and HR projects workflows.

Qualifications

• Proactive, flexible and able to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical Skills and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admin of expenses and invoice processing; identify efficiency opportunities using AI/automation.
• Support Lounge @ 6th Floor daily operations, including hospitality duties as needed.
• Provide admin and operational support for HR projects, programmes and initiatives.
