Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire hiring process, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
• Provide new hires with HR orientation and onboarding programs.
• Ensure all employment paperwork is processed and filed correctly.
• Oversee work pass changes, cancellations, and renewals on time.
• Assist with general HR administrative duties, such as managing personnel records and answering inquiries.
• Prepare reports and send them to federal agencies as needed.
• Engage in internal audits and maintain records for legal requirements.
