Job summary

MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Executive in Singapore to support a growing workforce across premium stone solutions projects. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations within a dynamic team.

Based near Tanah Merah MRT, you will manage government claims, foreign worker passes, asset handovers, and training coordination while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with payroll, government claims, and work passes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and manage asset handovers.
• Submit government claims and grants (NS, maternity, childcare, training).
• Manage foreign workers’ pass applications, renewals, medicals, and dormitories.
• Process bi-monthly payroll for 30–50 employees, including attendance and deductions.
• Coordinate training, certifications and renewals (CoreTrade, Multi-Skill, forklift).
• Coordinate insurance renewals for employees and vehicles; arrange inspections.
• Perform general HR and admin duties as assigned.
