• Must have experience managing recruitment cycles, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience handling payroll and CPF submissions.
• Knowledge of Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations is a plus.
• Ability to implement and monitor HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Auditing and drafting employment contracts and other HR documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process from job postings to candidate selection.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
• Carry out monthly payroll activities.
• Know how to apply, renew and cancel Work Passes.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and CPF submissions.
