Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven HR, payroll, and administrative experience.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• HR Management: End-to-end recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee records maintenance.
• Address employee queries and concerns; manage ID cards and access control.
• Work pass administration including applications, renewals, cancellations, exemptions, etc.
• Coordinate renewals of Employee Annual Insurance.
• Payroll Management: Process salaries, deductions, taxes, and compliance with regulations.
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues.
