BreadTalk Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an HR Administrator to handle HR administration, employee records, recruitment, onboarding and general HR coordination across outlets. You will support interviews, document collection, contract preparation and day-to-day HR tasks.
The role requires meticulous, confidential handling of information, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, learning mindset is essential.
Handles HR administration, employee records, recruitment, onboarding, documentation and general HR coordination.

Assist with the candidate selection and recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing administrative support during interviews.
Coordinate with selected candidates to collect the necessary information and documents required for employment and contract preparation.
Arrange, coordinate & assist in contract signing sessions, ensuring all required documents are completed and properly submitted.
Support the new hire onboarding process, including:
Issuing uniforms and name tags to new joiners.
Registering new hires for required training and courses.
Updating and informing new joiners of their training, course and commencement details.
Coordinating with outlet Person-in-Charge (PICs) on new joiners’ training and commencement arrangements.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties, documentation and filing, ensuring records are properly maintained and updated.
Coordinate recruitment events, including preparing and printing recruitment posters, application forms and other necessary documents and materials.
Manage uniform inventory, including placing uniform orders, conducting stock takes, monitoring stock levels, replenishing supplies and issuing uniforms to employees.
Prepare and issue employee name tags where required.
Assist with stationery ordering and inventory management to ensure sufficient office supplies are available.
Assist with the processing and follow-up of Purchase Orders (POs) and tax invoices from vendors.
Liaise with relevant departments, outlets, candidates and vendors on HR administrative and operational matters.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and HR-related assignments as assigned by the superior.
