We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive for our upcoming nursing home in Hougang, scheduled to begin operations in early 2026. You are required to start work at our existing branch in Macpherson (near Tai Seng MRT station).

Responsibilities

You will handle full spectrum of HR operations and HR administration duties, which include but not limited to:

  • recruitment & onboarding
  • work pass related matters
  • Singapore Nursing Board application & registration
  • claims reimbursement
  • leave records
  • monitor attendance records
  • monthly payroll processing & closing
  • work injury reporting
  • insurance claim submission & related matters
  • foreign worker accommodation
  • MOM compliance
  • foreign worker levy conversion & waiver submission
  • staff vaccination
  • staff training course registration
  • staff benefits & welfare
  • staff engagement
  • other duties as assigned by the supervisor and management
Requirements
