You will supervise shifts, coordinate part-time staff, and strive for impeccable guest service while driving revenue growth. The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and a hands-on approach to operations, cost control, and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Willing to work long hours, 6 days per week, weekends/public holidays.
• Experience in restaurant operations and guest services.
• Ability to supervise shifts and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
