Job summary

Paradox Singapore, located in Clarke Quay, seeks an Operations Executive for its Future Leaders Programme. You will coordinate and supervise Engineering & Sustainability, Housekeeping and Stewarding to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to drive hands‑on leadership, maintain high standards, and support sustainability initiatives. This 1‑year programme offers growth into leadership roles within the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations or F&B/housekeeping coordination.
• Ability to supervise multiple departments and manage priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Engineering & Sustainability, Housekeeping and Stewarding to deliver top‑notch service.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities for cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and store health, including equipment and utility systems.
• Lead and supervise teams, ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and support onboarding and training of new staff.
