Paradox Singapore in Singapore invites exceptional individuals to join our Future Leaders Programme as an Operations Executive for a 1-year, career-defining journey.

You will coordinate and supervise F&B, Front Office and Security, supporting the Senior Operations Manager to uphold guest experiences, safety, and standards while developing leadership capabilities for a future Assistant Operations Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations across F&B, Front Office, and Security to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Oversee service delivery, team performance, hygiene standards, and setup for events, meetings, and group functions.
• Coordinate with Culinary and F&B teams to maintain timely communication, outlet readiness, inventory control, and presentation standards.
• Manage check-in/check-out, Service Centre operations, VIP arrivals, and personalized requests with hospitality excellence.
• Monitor lobby presentation, team grooming, and coordinate concierge functions such as transportation and tours.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Supervise security shift activities, ensuring patrols, surveillance, and emergency procedures are followed.
• Ensure briefings for security on VIPs and events; participate in drills and incident response support.
• Review incident reports and work with teams during emergencies; assist with safety and evacuation procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and logs for management review.
• Ensure SOPs, brand guidelines, and health & safety regulations are followed.
• Identify service gaps and recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to training and onboarding of new employees via On-the-Job Training and ongoing support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
