Paradox Singapore Clarke Quay is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate and supervise operational departments within the hotel, including Food & Beverage, Front Office and Security. You will support the Senior Operations Manager with hands-on leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations across F&B, Front Office and Security to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee service delivery, team performance, hygiene, and setup for events and meetings.
• Coordinate with Culinary and F&B teams to maintain timely communication and inventory control.
• Manage check-in/check-out, Service Centre operations, VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Monitor lobby presentation, grooming, and concierge functions like transportation and tours.
• Address guest complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Supervise security shift activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with safety drills and incident response coordination.
• Review incident reports and support operational improvements.
• Prepare accurate operation reports and logs for management.
