Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across F&B, Front Office and Security.
• Supervise teams, maintain hygiene and event setup.
• Ensure timely communication with Culinary and F&B teams.
• Handle check-in/check-out, VIP arrivals and guest requests.
• Monitor lobby presentation, grooming and concierge services.
• Address guest complaints promptly and escalate when needed.
• Assist with safety, drills and incident reporting.
• Contribute to training and onboarding of new staff.
