Job summary

Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily hotel operations and ensure guest service excellence. You will supervise the Front Office team, uphold safety standards, and deliver a seamless guest experience across the property.

Ideal candidates will have Rooms and Front Desk experience, familiarity with OPMS, and a background in hotel management. This role offers a 5-day work week and development opportunities within the Shangri-La Group.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Rooms and Front Desk operations in hotel or resort.
• Experience with OPMS and front office systems for guest services.
• Hospitality management education preferred.
• Experience in emergency response and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Drive guest experience by monitoring arrivals, departures, and service quality.
• Supervise Front Office team to maintain high performance and product knowledge.
• Communicate with colleagues to share hotel offerings and updates.
• Implement emergency response protocols per SOPs to safeguard guests and staff.
• Manage crisis situations promptly to minimize impact on guests and operations.
