A HOTEL FARRER PARK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warm, service‑driven HOTEL CONCIERGE to welcome guests, manage check‑in/out and provide accurate information on services and local attractions.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, handle reservations, and assist guests with enquiries while upholding hotel standards and delivering a positive, memorable stay. Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred; Mandarin or other languages is a plus; shifts including weekends/public

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, service-oriented HOTEL CONCIERGEto join our hotel team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out experience and delivering excellent hospitality throughout their stay.
