Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
Food Safety certification preferred.
Customer Service, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Event Planning.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Flexible in managing changing resident needs, operational challenges and weekend/shift work.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospitality operations across dining, housekeeping and laundry.
Collaborate with Executive, Hospitality to manage reception services and visitor engagement.
Guide and coach frontline staff to meet service expectations.
Maintain up-to-date information on lifestyle options for residents and families.
Monitor and elevate resident and NOK feedback to improve service quality.
Assist residents, families and visitors with needs (e.g., transport, activities, special menus).
Ensure professional interactions with residents, NOK, and team members.
