Job summary

LINK HOTELS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Singapore hotel. You will supervise supervisors and attendants, and ensure rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness standards.

You will monitor productivity, prepare rosters, coordinate training, manage inventory, handle guest requests, and report on performance to support continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping supervisors and attendants to maintain efficient daily operations
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
• Monitor housekeeping productivity and service quality to meet operational goals
• Prepare staff duty rosters and work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Coordinate training and development activities to enhance team skills and performance
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
• Assist with budgeting and procurement activities to support housekeeping operations
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and procedures through regular audits and follow-ups
• Prepare operational reports for management to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
