Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a Senior Hospitality Operations Support to oversee daily dining, housekeeping, and laundry across the residence. The role focuses on delivering personalized, high-quality experiences while maintaining standards, cost efficiency, and team performance.

You will collaborate with executive hospitality teams to manage reception, resident relations, and transportation arrangements, ensuring smooth operations and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Food Safety certification preferred.
• Background in Customer Service, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, or Event Planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dining, housekeeping, and laundry operations to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with residents and families, gather feedback and raise service quality issues.
• Lead, coach, and motivate frontline staff; act as escalation point for staff concerns.
• Track supply receipt/issuance/transfers; maintain organized storage; monitor stock levels.
