SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Hospitality to oversee hospitality operations within a residential care environment. The role focuses on resident services, dining, housekeeping, laundry and related functions while maintaining high standards of service.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, enjoys interacting with residents and families, and can coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business, Tourism or a related discipline.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, serviced residences or healthcare hospitality is preferred.
• Able to coordinate across multiple operational functions and manage priorities.
• Hands-on, service-oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of hospitality and resident service functions.
• Maintain high service standards and overall resident experience.
• Address residents' and family feedback in a professional, timely manner.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve service issues and follow up.
• Support dining, housekeeping, laundry and other hospitality functions.
• Perform regular checks to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth service delivery.
• Assist in developing and reviewing hospitality SOPs and service standards.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Contribute to manpower planning, staff deployment and supervision.
• Coach team members to uphold service and operational standards.
• Assist with vendor coordination and procurement as needed.
• Support budgeting and cost control for hospitality operations.
