• Minimum extensive experience in hospitality, catering or F&B management with event coordination
• Proven ability to manage daily operations and events effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed under pressure
• Customer‑first mindset with proactive issue resolution
• Proficient in PC systems, email, and common workplace software
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in kitchen/pantry environments

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Hospitality Manager in coordinating catering events and food & beverage operations from pre‑event prep to post‑event cleanup
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, departments and team members to anticipate needs and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage equipment, stock, and pantry supplies with accurate inventory control
• Coordinate with external caterers and vendors for seamless service and high‑quality delivery
• Enforce service standards and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment
• Prepare monthly reports on room utilization and catering expenditures to optimize efficiency
• Lead daily briefings and team meetings, sharing insights to improve performance
• Coordinate leave monitoring and arrange shift coverage to support team wellbeing and inclusivity
• Identify operational risks and report to management to ensure a safe workspace
