Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Hospital y and Internal Events Manager to lead the design and delivery of sophisticated internal events onsite. You will coordinate venues, vendors, budgets, and guest experiences while aligning with brand standards and organizational goals.

You will manage client relationships, collaborate with leadership, and ensure high-touch hospitality across every touchpoint, contributing to culture, collaboration, and memorable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with proven experience as an event planner or organizer.
• At least 4-8 years of experience in event planning, project management, hospitality, event planning or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of program/event management and budget maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute sophisticated internal events including celebrations, team-building activities, and department gatherings.
• Design and oversee a comprehensive hospitality program delivering premium experiences for visiting clients, partners, and VIP guests.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, vendor relations, budgeting, catering, and AV requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure events reinforce organizational messaging and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive events calendar to optimize resources and impact.
• Coordinate site inspections, venue audits, and safety practices; ensure privacy and security for attendees.
