Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Catering Services Manager to oversee all catering operations, including event planning, client coordination, and service quality across on-site and off-site events.

You will manage staff, liaise with clients, coordinate with kitchen, monitor safety and hygiene, and contribute to budgeting and reporting to ensure exceptional culinary experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• 3–5 years of catering or restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events under pressure.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of menu planning, costing, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering operations for events and corporate orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food preparation and delivery.
• Monitor equipment, supplies, and service quality.
• Plan event layouts and service flow for on-site and off-site events.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage bookings.
• Train staff on service standards, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and SOPs.
• Prepare daily/weekly catering reports and manage procurement.
