• Assist with delivery of catering food to event venue
• Assist in set up and tear down of catering setups in a timely and organized manner
• Verify and endorse all incoming products & raw materials
• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.
• Produce high-quality plated dishes in design and taste
• Assist in preparation: washing, peeling, chopping all food ingredients.
• Clean food preparation equipment and kitchen tools; housekeeping.
• Ensure the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Resolve issues promptly and handle problematic situations
• Monitor portion control to meet requests and minimize waste
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers
