Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations leader to manage client relationships and drive excellence in catering and ground services from Singapore. You will oversee a team, manage budgets, and ensure top-tier service delivery across large-scale corporate catering operations.

Role focuses on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across culinary, finance, procurement, and HR teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Admin or related discipline.
• WSQ Food Safety Level 3 is required; HACCP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years in F&B, catering, hospitality, workplace dining, or facilities operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience managing corporate catering operations, client accounts, or large-scale hospitality services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, operational excellence, budget management, KPI tracking, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing enquiries, feedback, service recovery, and relationship building.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and follow-up actions.
• Track labour, food, pantry, and operational costs, supporting budget management and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations Executives, including manpower planning, coaching, performance management, and capability building.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, SOPs, quality standards, and operational governance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including culinary, finance, procurement, HR, and support functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee special events, catering operations, and client programmes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyse operational data, prepare performance dashboards, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive new service implementations, innovation projects, and operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
