Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage all kitchen operations and processes according to the standard operating procedure.
• Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients meal and catering events.
• Assist in menu preparation and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure proper equipment operations, safety and sanitation, and control of food costs, supplies and labour.
