Job summary

JurongHealth Campus is seeking a skilled kitchen coordinator to support hospital meal services and catering events. You will help manage day-to-day kitchen operations, assist in menu planning, and ensure high standards of quality and sanitation to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Recognised Culinary Certificate will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in Food & Beverage.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage all kitchen operations and processes according to the standard operating procedure.
• Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients' meals and catering events.
• Assist in menu preparation and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure proper: 1) Equipment operations and maintenance, 2) Safety and sanitation in kitchen, 3) Ensure proper control of food costs, supplies and labour.
