JurongHealth Campus is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to manage hospital kitchen operations, plan meals for patients and catering events, and ensure safety, sanitation, and cost control in daily food service.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, supporting quality checks and menu planning. A recognised culinary certificate is an advantage, with at least three years of experience in Food & Beverage.

Qualificações

• Recognised Culinary Certificate will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in Food & Beverage.
• Good team player, ability to work as a team.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist to manage all kitchen operations and processes according to the standard operating procedure.
• Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients meal and catering events.
• Assist in menu preparation and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure proper: 1) Equipment operations and maintenance, 2) Safety and sanitation in kitchen, 3) Ensure proper control of food costs, supplies and labour.
