Job summary

JurongHealth Campus in Singapore is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to support our hospital food operations and patient catering.

You will assist in planning meals, maintaining SOPs, ensuring safety and sanitation, and helping control food costs while working as part of a collaborative team.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to patient care by delivering nutritious, well-presented meals in a dynamic, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and cost controls.

• Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients meal and catering events.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist to manage all kitchen operations and processes according to the standard operating procedure.
• Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients meal and catering events.
• Assist in menu preparation and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure proper: 1) Equipment operations and maintenance, 2) Safety and sanitation in kitchen, 3) Ensure proper control of food costs, supplies and labour.

Requirements:

• Recognised Culinary Certificate will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in Food & Beverage.
• Good team player, ability to work as a team.
• Good interpersonal skills.
