Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for a permanent role in Singapore. You will handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, and coordinate technician appointments from the Ubi location.

Applicants with customer service or admin experience will be considered; familiarity with CRM systems and Google Sheets is a plus. Training provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and alt Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Customer service or administrative experience is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances will be useful.
• Familiar with CRM systems, Google Sheets or similar applications.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused and able to manage multiple enquiries.
• No experience required, training will be provided!

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, messages and walk-in enquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate technician appointments.
• Liaise with customers, partner brands and internal teams.
• Update completed job details accurately in the system.
• Provide basic product or service information to customers.
• Support general administrative and operational duties.
