• Send SMS/emails to customers about appointment schedules.
• Promote gas appliances and collaborations with partners to potential customers.
• Liaise with contractor/SP Services on service lapses.
• Provide feedback on difficult or special cases.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
