You will acquire new HNW relationships and be the single point of contact for financial needs.

Role focuses on building rapport, expanding wallet share, cross-selling products, and maintaining portfolio quality while ensuring KYC/AML compliance and target achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing HNI relationships and onboarding new clients.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and regulatory norms.
• Understanding of NRI product offerings and wallet share growth.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Awareness of market competition and current financial trends.
• IRDA certification is preferred; NCFM is optional.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for including HNI customers into the HNW Programe and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance profitability by increasing relationship size and cross-selling products.
• Acquire new Bank's HNW relationships and act as single point of contact for all financial needs.
• Engage with branch staff to flag eligible HNW customers and acquire new relationships.
• Interact regularly with customers to update profiles and expand wallet share.
• Cross-sell bank products to meet client needs and manage portfolio profitability.
• Provide advisory services and achieve revenue targets; ensure KYC/AML compliance.
