Job summary

Saxo Group in Singapore is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive growth for our Direct VIP business. You will acquire new HNW clients and Active Traders, build strong client relationships, and ensure an exceptional onboarding and trading experience across Saxo's platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• CMFAS Modules RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP or CM-CMP add advantage.
• Passion for sales and ability to grow client relationships ethically.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer-service oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and manage tasks to meet KPI targets.
• Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new HNW clients and Active Traders.
• Build relationships and develop sales pipelines for Saxo.
• Participate in external client events and host internal client sales events.
• Communicate product releases or changes to clients.
• Ensure new clients can trade independently on Saxo’s platforms.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Saxo.
