Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Proven track record in managing and growing HNW client portfolios.
• Prior team leadership experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of investment and wealth management products.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with an established portfolio of HNW clients.
• Provide tailored wealth solutions aligned with clients’ financial objectives and risk profiles.
• Drive portfolio growth through cross-selling and increasing share of wallet.
• Lead, coach and support a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
• Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
