Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, financial advisory, or HNW client relationship management.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with measurable outcomes.
• FM fintech/payments or investment products experience is a strong advantage.
• Established network among HNW individuals, family offices, or advisors in Singapore.
• Familiarity with compliance, KYC/AML and Singapore regulations.

Responsibilities

• White-glove management of CardUp HNW users with premium service.
• Own onboarding end-to-end from setup to go-live and payments configuration.
• Price requests and renewals using HNW pricing framework with sound judgment.
• Proactively facilitate compliance and KYC approvals with internal teams.
• Build long-term client relationships, anticipate needs, and safeguard retention.
• Acquire new HNW users through network, outbound and inbound channels.
• Convert inbound leads and collaborate with marketing to target demand.
• Drive growth by upselling additional payment types to existing clients.
• Track pipeline, acquisition, upsell and win-back performance; share insights.
